Your installation crew did connect the system to the wrong plugs but that was corrected with a phone call.
I would have expected your people to give me the option of keeping the old pumps but I am not sure what I would do with them. Overall the service was very good.
The team arrived on time and delivered exactly what they planned to do - install a super sump backup system. All that remains now is asuccessful basement protection when the system is actually put to the test.
